Abstract :
To increase the intelligently reconfigurable capability of manufacturing cell control system, the math description of knowledge expression-based object-oriented colored NCES (KOCNCES) model is presented, and a concept of knowledge function block is proposed. Besides, the intelligently reconfigurable mechanism of manufacturing cell control system is analyzed. After dynamic modeling and analysis flow chart for composite function block ONCEM model has being presented, dynamic modeling and active analysis methods for the intelligently reconfigurable manufacturing cell control system are proposed.
