Abstract :
Summary form only given, as follows. The nonreciprocal properties of a circular guide with azimuthally magnetized semiconductor operating in the TM/sub 01/ propagation mode are studies, showing some promise in constructing solid-plasma phasers, cutoff switches and/or isolators for short millimeter wavelengths.
