Abstract :
Abstract-This paper, on the basis of the Buckingham Pi theory and the dimensional analysis, the dynamic similarity criterion is derived for the mold structure of stamping. To validate the criterions, a numerical simulation is conducted, and the results show fairly good corresponding relationship. It provides a foundation for the physical simulation and a reliable method for the die-face compensation of automobile panel dies.
