Abstract :
In this paper, first of all, the development, application,research status of a virtual organization is introduced. Then based on the scientific data supply chain, the virtual organization mode of German national infrastructure is analyzed. Third, compared China´s national scientific data sharing project with German national infrastructure project. And finally put forward the views and opinions.
