Abstract :
Experiential learning focuses on doing an activity and then processing that activity from both a content and personal perspective. It intentionally has a place for open-ended questioning that takes learners through a reflective process, allowing them to make personal and global connections to the learning. In this paper, we study experiential learning as a model for teaching and learning; and pointed out that the experiential learning is a non-formal method for teaching and learning.
