Abstract :
Power converters e.g. for electronic drives consist of a complex system of several power electronic units and microcomputers. Supplying the auxiliary electronic components is usually realized by flyback converters. The input of these flyback converters is supplied by the DC-link of the power converter. High-frequency disturbances caused by the fast switching flyback converter are propagated via the input rectifier into the mains. This paper shows the influence of optimization of topologies on conducted emissions in simulation and in a realized laboratory setup.
