On site testing of polyphase meters

The economic considerations of transferring power between different privatised electricity generators, carrier and supply companies or large direct industrial consumers, mean that considerations of installed accuracy have assumed much greater importance. The same developments in electronic technology that have led to the modern generation of solid state, high accuracy, tariff meters and transducers, have also led to the development of precision grade portable polyphase test meters and a lightweight high performance portable injection set (or polyphase Test source).
