  • Abstract
    Mechanics analysis model of laminated solid armature is established by finite element in this article. The orthogonal method is applied in simulation experiment of laminated armature. The contact pressure between armature and rail is studied based on parameters of armature´s thickness, material ,layers, and length of the tail. Using range analysis method, contained by orthogonal analysis, the order of the factors which affecting the interface stress is the thickness of the outermost armature, the length of the tail, and armature materials. Through the analysis method of variance, the thickness of the laminated armature does the highest performance of the three factors. At last the analysis result is correct by the proof test.
