  • Abstract
This paper has established the mathematics model of time-varying reliability design based on stochastic differential equations to aim at the stress and strength time-varying of non-road heavy vehicles key part under uncertainty factors , and proposed the design method of time-varying reliability under considering uncertainty factors, the method regards the current moment as the time analyzing starting point, and considers the stress and strength which are influenced by random factors and the distribution of stress and strength at certain time t . This paper combines examples to design the time-varying reliability of vehicle half axle, and gains its the reliability degree one year after. Simulation results show that the method is feasible and the reliability is high, the method provides the theoretical basis for the reliability design of the other parts.
