Control in building energy management systems

Requirements of an intelligent building management system are given; a straightforward user interface, continual operation, guidance to the user on the current situation, alarm analysis, and advice to users on continuing work during, and on causes of any failure. Three things required to achieve this are presented: targets within the system, an interpreter and verifier of data, and a risk prediction function
