Abstract :
The US Department of Energy has provided guidance to procedures writers to assist them in developing text (specifically technical test) procedures to ensure accurate, complete, and usable procedures that promote safe and efficient operations. These two volumes, a writer´s guide and a text principles document, provide guidelines on how to write technical text procedures and explanations of why those specific guidelines are given. The contents of these two volumes are briefly described
