  • Abstract
    Optimize the industrial structure necessary to study the model of enterprise syndicate. Enterprise syndicate is the right choice which the enterprise be adapt to economic globalization, and is the necessary requirements for large-scale production, and is an important opportunity for contact with change of internal and external organizations. In syndicate, the optimization of industrial structure and directly related to the model syndicate. This paper studies the relationship between the two, on this basis, discuss of the optimization of industrial business structure and the model of enterprise syndicate form three aspects: First, improve the SME cluster models which fully rely on corporate behavior, Second, reform of the corporate group organization structure which is adapt to modern economic requirements, Third, format industrial dynamic alliance which use the application of principle is of virtual organization.
