In order to explore the growth risk identification method of small and medium real estate brokerage business,this paper describes the meaning of the growth risk of small and medium real estate brokerage business, features and characteristics of risk identification, points out the problems in risk identification, analysis the risk characteristics of small and medium real estate brokerage business in different growth stages, established risk identification process and risk recognition mode based growth stage, and the growth of a real estate brokerage company as an example the whole process of risk identification and diagnosis. The results revealed that the company faces growing risks of each stage is different from the growth phase, different growth stages should have different risk response methods,the risk recognition model based on growth stage is feasible. The model has great practical reference value, for other small and medium enterprises to identify risk, control risk to achieve sustained growth.
