Abstract
Risk management is researched in this paper. It proposed a framework for preventing ship´s Oil spill from happening. There are four parts in risk management framework. Risk identification, risk estimation, risk assessment and risk control are all important part in risk management. The role of risk management framework is to use the minimum cost but achieve maximize security.
