Abstract
A case study where Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) was utilized to improve communication in a team setting is discussed. The basic ideas of personality type are used to illustrate how awareness and appreciation of personality differences allow for improved communication, resulting in increased production and higher morale
