Abstract
This paper deals with GIS tools for environment decision support. It focuses on particular applications of GIS technologies and software in radio-communication, particularly in mobile communication. We present our experience and results in digital terrain analyses, spatial 3D analyses and its potential to help explaining linkage between allocation method in radio-communication and GIS analyses. Results of simulation of territory coverage by irradiated energy in selected areas are presented, as well.
