Abstract
Successful software engineering projects result when stakeholders care about the issues and know that their ideas, opinions and contributions are valued. There is evidence to suggest that the successful delivery of software engineering projects is directly related to the way in which the project manager involves stakeholders in the decision making process within the various stages of the project. We will examine and discusses the extent to which stakeholders participate and to what degree stakeholders influence the project management process.
