Abstract :
This paper proposes a control law to improve the transient performance of a single-input multi-output (SIMO) system by using the gain-scheduled Q-parameterization controller. The scheduling law is given by a continuous function depending on the quadratic form with respect to the outputs. In the numerical example of positioning control for a SIMO servo system, it is shown that the acceptable transient performance can be obtained by such scheduled Q-parameterization controller
