Abstract
A method-of-moments wire model is employed to obtain the variation of the radar cross section of a perfectly conducting plate when it is placed near a cloud of resonant dipoles. The effect of the relative position between the plate and the cloud is studied. Different cases of coupling between the dipoles are also analyzed in order to study their influence on the interaction between the plate and the cloud. A time-domain response is obtained when a RF pulse is incident on a plate hidden by a cloud of dipoles.<>
