Abstract
The rescue on sudden nature disaster depends on emergency system in great extent in the city. Face to more and more severe disaster, the construction of emergency system becomes more and more important. The paper establish the evaluation standard of emergency system, then takes Nantong which lies on Yangzi estuary as an example, analysis the emergency system in Chongchuan region whose people and economic is biggest density. The results show the key problems to restrict sudden system contraction are the store of sudden water source and disaster relief materials. So, the area should increase the store and reinforce the management.
