Abstract

It analyzed the special strategic status of the Environmental Protection in the implementation of the scientific concept of development. It pointed out that the "environment and development", in essence, is the "scientific development", the environment itself was an integral part of development, thus considering the environmental issues in the development was truly conducive to sustainable development. The solution of "Environment and Development" problem depended on the "conscious development". At this stage in social development, proposing the concept of scientific development followed the times, and the concept of scientific development and environmental protection were ideologically integration.
