Abstract
Technological innovation is constituted by a number of elements of system capacity. In view of technological innovation is incomplete information and inaccurate gray-zone system, and the index value cannot satisfy the principal component analysis and factor analysis of the requirements. Therefore, the combination of entropy weight coefficient method and the gray-zone connections method. Selected seven medium-sized textile enterprises in Shaanxi as research subjects, based on construction of technological innovation ability evaluation system, evaluated the overall level of technological innovation ability. Further integrated synergy degree of the constituent elements of technological innovation, systematic reviewed of its structural coordination. The results showed that the sort of the technological innovation capability of seven enterprises changed. Evaluation of the technological innovation capability of structural coordination is help to overcome the shortcomings of traditional evaluation method, providing worthy experience to enhance the technological innovation capability of enterprises.
