  • Abstract
    As complexity of vibrating rotary forging kinematic relation and its deforming process, contact boundary ascertained was function as analyzing deformation during the rotary forging. According to formative geometrical contact area shape between rotary die and workpiece, the contact boundary was divided into original area and additional area, a geometrical resolution boundary of rotary forging contact area was built by separated computing the two parts area. Then a simulation contact boundary was gained by MATLAB, and the simulation result is well consistence with practical boundary, and these study can provide premise conditions for the vibrating rotary forging deformation process numerical simulation.
