Abstract
An algorithm to interpolate band limited signals using a block diagonal structured interpolation matrix is presented. The matrix is obtained through either the discrete Fourier transform (DFT) kernel or the discrete Hartley transform (DHT) kernel in association with the Walsh-Hadamard transform (WHT) kernel. Similarities and differences between the two interpolation matrices are given
