Abstract
Synthesis of new active microwave mixer circuits employing unique MMIC BJTs is described. A computer model was developed for each system and actual physical models developed. Fundamental performance characteristics of these devices are shown to be competitive with other modern active mixers utilizing FETs, although at much lower cost
