Abstract
Extending the operating life of an installation in the North Sea involves continuous inspection, maintenance and repair tasks. Inspection involves the utilisation of a variety of non-destructive testing techniques to monitor the integrity of these structures. The authors discuss the development of multi-frequency US flooded member detection arrays. Intelligent software for signal analysis and decision making is also considered
