Abstract :
The large enterprise is a system with some subsystems, the processes, which link together to form the enterprise´s production chain. The production of the large enterprise became an organic whole. Base on the system theory, we analysis the enterprise disaster loss assessment, propose the Layered structure model, establish the basic framework and methodology of petrochemical enterprises. A application about a specific example of a chemical plant is Illustrated.
