Abstract :
A research method of the throttle slice design of the hydro-pneumatic spring is presented. With the precondition that the operating principle of the single barrel type hydro-pneumatic spring is analyzed, the suspension damping coefficient is deduced by regarding damping ratio and natural frequency as basic parameter and by using relating knowledge in vibration theory. The damping coefficient at the valve opening point of the hydro-pneumatic spring is given by making use of power equivalency principle. After that, the damping coefficient at the maximal valve opening point of the hydro-pneumatic spring is deduced according to the ratio of amenity to safety. The research and development of the hydro-pneumatic spring is developed based on the two-points velocity characteristic of the damping valve. The performance test indicates that the diagram of work of the sample work piece is full and satisfies with parameter requirement, so as to offers reference to the product design.
