Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Combined with “Environmental Chemistry”, “Engineering Fluid Mechanics” and “Principles of Environmental Engineering” these three courses of Environmental Engineering Major of Zhejiang Gongshang University, teaching reform of environmental professional basis and research of applied practice are discussed in this paper. Through reforming teaching contents, building teaching team, sharing network resource, we expect to improve the overall level of teaching subjects. By special discussion, open experiments and projects application, students´ independent innovation and learning ability could be improved. The combination of environmental engineering “theory” and “practicality”, will improve the school discipline developing advantages for engineering students in Liberal Arts University.
