Abstract
The virtual prototype, i.e., CAE model of dynamic simulation about matching analysis between the body and chassis of a high speed forklift is set up on the platform of ADAMS/Car. Then relying on the test results of the first round trial-manufacture prototype about vehicle´s ride comfort, the moments of inertia of the body are identified by means of the optimization technology so as to improve the accuracy of those pivotal data base. Based on which, the optimization design on wheel alignment is actualized to ameliorate the steering aligning ability of the vehicle. Finally, the effect of the optimization design is validated through simulation analysis.
