Abstract :
Inadequate corporate governance structure is a common problem of all listed companies at this stage, but also listed companies in China exist in one of the most serious problems. As China´s “Silver Guangsha,” “Tin” and the incidence of events, financial fraud, to the capital market has brought huge losses, triggering people´s corporate governance structure in depth. After years of academic research, people gradually found out the crux of corporate governance, and to explore the research related to management improvement measures, this article will begin in-depth discussion on this issue.
