Abstract :
A new base station radio structure for small cells with a large number of channels is proposed. It offers a solution to the problems of the base stations in the existing SCPC/FDMA analog radio systems. Furthermore, it is also fully compatible with the narrowband TDMA system selected for the future European digital cellular radio network
