Abstract :
Classroom bilingual teaching quality standards system is the most important content of bilingual teaching quality guarantee system. After stating the design principles, contents and design methods of classroom bilingual teaching quality standards system, an index system of classroom bilingual teaching quality standards system for student and inspectorate is developed by Delphi method based on the characteristic of classroom bilingual teaching. Moreover, the index weightings are decided by AHP in the paper. Furthermore, the proposed classroom bilingual teaching quality standards system has been applied in a certain university, and has achieved good effects.
