Abstract
Research in the field of efficient measuring SIP based network elements´ performance has been performed in the department of telecommunications in VSB-Technical University of Ostrava for two years now. Since that we have accomplished several significant achievements moving the testing architecture from virtualization-based to multiprocessing one. In this paper we would like to present the new approach to stress testing of SIP architecture since it has changed rapidly since the paper we presented on this conference in 2010. We are going to describe the new methods of testing management and control as well as the new more efficient way of generating high SIP loads allowing us for stress testing the powerful SIP elements as well as the ordinary ones we can see in most small business installations.
