Abstract :
The design idea of automatic jump control system for wrapper rolls controlled by electro-hydraulic controller Base on CAN Bus. Modify PID parameter was carried out by the electrohydraulic controller which improve the parameters turning to be flexible, Establish its mathematic modeling. Emulation analysis and analogue loading verification are conducted. The results show that the system influenced by the PID parameters. Combined with electro-hydraulic controller can achieve to control effect well.
