Abstract :
The composition and working principle of sampling device is given, establishing the mathematical model. In view of the actual developed structure, the simulation calculation has carried according to actual value of corresponding system parameters. Simulation results is consistent with the experimental data and verified the correctness of the mathematical models. The influence of the start and stop characteristics and its speed stability is discussed when the parameters such as system set pressure, output flow, hose length is changed, obtaining the appropriate conclusions through a detailed theoretical analysis and researching experiment. The effect of the practical application is illustrated.
