Abstract
The authors briefly review the development of new copolymer materials. They also cover the design and construction of transducers from such materials, including multi-element linear and phased arrays. The uses that such transducers can be put to, showing results from A-scans, B-scans and Doppler blood flow measurements are then presented. Finally, some indications of the industrial applications of this sort of work are made
