Abstract :
The relationship between the Walsh-Hadamard and the Fermat number transforms is investigated and a block diagonal matrix (T) is derived allowing the calculation of one transform from the other. Some of the properties of the number domain are discussed, and an efficient method is given for computing the two transformations together
