Abstract
Through analyzing the methane geologic data in fully mechanized mining face of the Tonghua Babao mine, based on practical application in the complex geological conditions of fully-mechanized mining In the domestic, on the basis of the characteristics of broken coal-wall and roof in fully-mechanized mining face, and analyzing chemical grouting reinforcement mechanism, the specific coal-wall and roof reinforcing schemes are made respectively. The paper detailedly introduce two kinds of anchor structure, installation method and process parameters. In the process of mining, effectively prevent working face for large pieces of damage of coal-wall and roof, thereby, for the first fully-mechanized working face in Babao mine safe and efficient production well provide security.
