Abstract :
In this paper, the application of independent component analysis (ICA) for video frame sequence processing is investigated and a novel scheme based on ICA for detecting and locating text in video is proposed. The author analyses the advantage of novel scheme over current scheme, the results of simulation experiment illustrate that analysis is correct and novel scheme is more effective than current scheme.
