  • Abstract
    A new touching cells splitting method based on watershed and splitting line finding is demonstrated to handle the splitting of touching cells with small grey intensity variation in the touching area. The new method incorporates watershed transformation and splitting line finding into a whole procedure so that it can segment both the simple and complicate touching cells. Experiments verified that it was effective.
