Study on the theoretical system of green mining based on the scientific concept of development

Based on the need of green mining development and large-scale development of ecological environmental damage as the background in China´s coal resources, It analyzes the basis theory of mining resources, economy, people, environmental mutually relies on and restrict, green mining industry composition, characteristics and green mining industry. It gives the connotation and definition of green mining and constructs the theoretical system of green mining and laid a foundation for the construction and development of green mining.
