Abstract :
In this paper, we advised to focus on design and implementation of information-flow while integrating information communication technologies (ICT) into education and instruction, held that during the process of applying ICT in education and instruction, it is crucial to make use of the advantages of ICT in processing information, and systematically design information-flows to achieve smooth communication and sublimation and to keep the health and evolution of educational information ecosystems. This paper also provided a case study to present the procedure and methods to design and implementation information-flow design in current ICT backgrounds.
