Abstract
Cooperation among different partners in a supply chain is very important to improve the entire supply chain performance. In particular, for perishable pro-ducts, cooperation can greatly reduce costs of supplier, producer and retailer. By considering cooperation in a three-echelon supply chain, an integrated production-inventory model for perishable products in supply chain is developed. A cost sharing mechanism is introduced to ensure equitable and fair distribution of benefits of integration.
