  • Abstract
    A new fuzzy predictive-PID control method is used in the Freeze-dryer for medicinal temperature control system to handle the problems of large capacity, large delay and the non-linearity of plant controls. When the temperature change is large, fuzzy predictive control is used to fix the control quantity. Otherwise, fuzzy PID real-time control is used. Using the control algorithm can enhance the algorithm´s tracking performance and system anti interference capacity. Matlab software is used to do the simulation. The results show that this method is well adaptive to the alteration, and it improves the static precise and dynamic performance of the system.lt has higher dynamic than the conventional PID control and fuzzy PID control. In another, the control performance of freeze dryer temperature control system is improved.
