Abstract :
Internet has developed so fast that networked learning is gradually becoming one important part of the modern education. With many great advantages such as the abundant shared resources, convenient communication and flexible collaboration, the networked learning community is now popular among the youth to make individual education. In this paper, networked learning community is introduced including its concept, features and components, and also compared with the traditional learning group. Then the V-model for the individual education is put forward based on two angles of information technology and management. This V-model is composed of two parts of the learning process which is divided into several phases and various roles which would change during these different phases. This method could provide some suggestions for these individual activities in networked learning community.
