Abstract :
This paper presents the detailed approach of a three stage pHEMT InGaAs MMIC power amplifier design by power combining technique. The amplifier is designed for 2 Watt output power and 27 dB Gain with 25% Power Added Efficiency (PAE) and good return loss. Load pull technique and Power combining are used for getting required efficiency and gain.
