  • Abstract
    The open resonant cell for absolute measurement of permittivity and permeability of cylindrical samples and thin film, put on a cylindrical surface is offered. The results of electromagnetic modelling and test experimental measurements of material constants for samples with known properties in 8-mm and 4-mm wavelength ranges are submitted
