  • Abstract
    To multi-compressors refrigeration system, balancing oil is the key. With the FLUENT software, three-dimensional numerical simulations to a self-designed new type multi-compressors balancing oil device are made. By choosing the appropriate mathematical and physical model, the flow patterns inside the oil balancing device is obtained. Simulation results show that at air condition operation, because of the special structure of the device, mass flow of the oil and R22 gas can achieve equalization at the U-tube gas-liquid separator outlets and the oil return apertures. At part load (50%), the outlet states of the oil and R22 gas are accordance with the state of full load.
