Abstract
The analysis of the two-parameter dynamic foot-passenger model formed by five scattering centers, corresponding to his hands, foots and body, is carried out. The dependence of energy spectrum shape upon the motion velocity of foot-passenger, phase-frequency modulation indexes and signal processing time is investigated. It is shown that the optimal observation time for identification of dynamic radiolocating objects is a small part of the modulating signal cycle
